Through our Care Share program and store proceeds, we provide hope, encouragement and resources to those navigating the challenges of cancer.

Meet Allyson, Our Founder
Through her own cancer journey, Allyson experienced firsthand the challenges survivors face—not just the physical and emotional toll, but the practical and financial struggles that come with it. She saw the need clearly, felt it deeply in her own heart, and knew she had to do something.
From that place of compassion, Allyson started The Thrift Store with a simple but powerful vision: to turn generosity into hope. She wanted to create a community where every donation, purchase, and volunteer hour could make a real difference in the lives of families facing cancer and other hardships.
What began as a personal calling has grown into a movement where neighbors come together, strangers become friends, and small acts of kindness ripple into meaningful impact. Allyson believes that when people give with intention, hope multiplies—one care basket, one volunteer hour, and one purchase at a time.
The Thrift Store is now more than a place to shop—it’s a living expression of Allyson’s heart: serving others, lifting up survivors, and showing that no one walks these journeys alone.
